Sleep is Primary Need of Human Being

I realize that sleep is the primary need of a human being, after read 6 articles about “Things You Shouldn’t Do Before You Go to Bed (If You Want to Sleep)” on Helium – from these writers: Kimberly Munsey-Carlton, Dave Wagner, Elyse Williams, Haroon, Wayne W, Jacqueline Price. I sleep 6 to 9 hour daily. I never have a difficulty to sleep. If I want go to bed at 11.00 PM, I will finish my entire tasks minimum 1 hour before that. I never disturbed by light, noise, and tomorrow planning. Because I laid it down and focus on my mind and body needs of recharge.

I know lack of sleep influence the metabolism of my body. If I miss one of my nights sleeps it influent two or three days of my comfortable life. This condition brings to stress.

Sleeping may recharge my body and my mind will be clear and fresh for my next day. “…, sleeping is the key to your happiness and your comfortable lifestyle.” (Haroon). I agree with this: “As the saying goes, early to bed early to rise makes a man (or woman) healthy, wealthy and wise.” (Jacqueline Price).

Time for Change

“If I want to change myself I go to Time for Change and read some posts there”.

That is my first words after reading Zack’s articles. Thanks Guy.

It seems this blog are new one. When I am writing this post, it just has 6 posts. One post is about the author and his aim with his blog. The last three posts are about change our perspective when encounter our factual daily live such as TV, Happiness, and cell phone.

I agree with his aim in that blog. Active people need to change every time and anywhere. If I think it is enough I fall in my self satisfaction. There he tries to give his best part to help people change. Because he is believes people can change with some help.

Parenting Problem

If I have problem with parenting I consider going to this problem with parenting weblog. In my short reading time on this weblog I get lot of info about parenting. It is looks okay at my first review.

This weblog has about 20 categories. It stories are about parenting in a family, kids and teens, teens dating, woman and man relationship, tips, and some fun. That is nice to know more about the writer’s thought on this blog. Congratulation Guys (and Gals)!

It’s why I write this surfing notes on that weblog. I want to remember that and save it on my surfing notes. I hope I will not lose some info like this again.

My only one critique on this weblog is it hard to open since it has lot of live ads and using snapshots on almost it active links. But it’s doesn’t mind because of it contents.

Is this a similarity from a success weblog?
I’ll going to problem with parenting and find out the right answer.

Forgetting to Remember

This weblog remind me about pains and struggles. Connie, the author, tells me her stories through her posts on this BrainFoggles weblog. It’s exciting.

By reading her posts I learn to alive with my own pains and struggles. She was trying to encounter her daily life in her own power empowered by Jesus Christ Her Savior.

When surfing for MySurfingNotes - MyBlogLog, one of my blog community, I found this Warrior Blog. It seems like other weblog but more then a common blog. This blog was offered the points of blogging art. I like it.

Before approving this comment, I surfed there. It domain is using .org, but I don’t really know who they are or who he/she is. By reading the articles on that weblog it seems that the author is a person, who is unnamed.

There are 14 categories on this weblog. Almost all of them are talking about practical and technical tips on marketing. It is exactly as it main topic, word of mouth marketing and advertising. I say congratulation to the author of this weblog for his/her commitment to still in its main topic.
